• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-applicable renewal price unless cancelled; NordVPN says it emails before charging plans longer than a month and may bill up to 14 days before renewal.
• Refund: request within 30 days of initial purchase via 24/7 support. Store purchases (App Store, Google Play, Amazon) are refunded by the store.
• Cancel: turn off auto-renewal in your Nord Account; you keep access until the term ends.

Is it worth it? (our opinion)

Yes, if you'll use a VPN regularly (public Wi-Fi, travel, streaming) and buy on a long intro term. Our full verdict was 4.5/5 in the NordVPN review. It's less compelling if you only need a VPN occasionally, where the monthly plan or a free option may do.
